Thank you for tripp?in with us! We are dedicated to delivering your adventure gear as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your package travels.
1. Shipping Areas & Rates
We proudly offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on all orders. No matter where your next journey takes you, we’ll ship your gear to your doorstep at zero extra cost.
2. Delivery Times (Estimated)
Because we curate and source unique products directly from global creators and specialized warehouses, delivery times vary depending on your location and the specific item:
- United States Orders (Fast Track): For our items stocked in our US domestic warehouses, delivery usually takes only 5 to 7 business days via reliable local carriers (such as FedEx or USPS).
- International Orders (Rest of the World): For items shipped from our international fulfillment centers to Europe, Canada, Australia, and other countries, delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days.
*Please note:* These are estimated delivery times. Factors like customs processing, local postal delays, or peak holiday seasons may occasionally cause minor delays.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
4. Shipment Tracking (Track Your Journey)
We believe in full transparency. Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a tracking link will fly straight into your inbox. You can monitor your package's journey every step of the way. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Tripp?in is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your gear arrives damaged, or if your tracking info states that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact our support team immediately at sinuwol06@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and make it right for you.
